The fun continues outside in the private backyard, where guests can relax on the back porch, watch the outdoor TV, fire up the gas grill or Blackstone griddle, or gather around the fire pit in the evening. Extras

Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of basic essentials like paper towels, bath tissue to get you through your first night. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies for the remainder of their stay.

Guest Services: To make your vacation even more relaxing, we partner with, Two Chicks and A Cart, for convenient pre-arrival grocery delivery.

We also provide a variety of beach gear for your use, including chairs, an umbrella, a beach cart.

Booking Details

Max occupancy: 14

Minimum age to rent: 25

No student or chaperoned groups.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received within 60 days of the check-in date will forfeit the full payment. For cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in, a processing fee may apply.

Parking: There is space for 5 vehicles. Golf carts count as a vehicle.

This is a non-smoking property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property, including inside the home or in any outdoor areas.
