Our two families (4 adults and 6 kids) traveled down from Greenville, SC, and overall, our stay with Destin Beach VIP at Serenity was absolutely fantastic from start to finish!
The location of Serenity could not have been better. Destin Point Properties is a completely gated, private, and beautifully kept community. Serenity sits in a prime central spot right next to the entrance, the main Magnolia House resort pool, the immediate beach access entry, and the quiet pond. Having that quick, seamless in-and-out access made heading out for our daily adventures effortless.
Between the 3 private pools and 2 full-access beaches—which were gorgeous and truly serene—there was endless space for our large group to relax and play without ever feeling crowded. When we did venture out, we were perfectly located to check out everything nearby: shopping at Silver Sands Premium Outlets and Destin Commons, stocking up on groceries at Sam’s Club, antiquing, thrifting, and exploring HarborWalk Village for a night fireworks pirate boat cruise. We also loved being so close to great dining like Anglers, Pepper’s, Que Pasa, Fudpucker’s, and Outcast Seafood!
Upon arrival, this multi-level home was so welcoming, sparkling clean, and inviting. Serenity is impressively spacious—giving all 10 of us plenty of room to breathe and relax. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil and cookery need our group required for the entire week. Aside from groceries and personal items we brought, everything we could possibly need was already provided.
Communication with Mary Claire from the management team was top-tier. She was incredibly responsive, proactive, and friendly. Any time I texted asking where something was located or how to access a specific amenity, she replied almost instantly.
