First-Floor Primary Suite: King bed, spacious walk-in closet, and an elegant en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Sleeper sofa in the living area provides extra sleeping space.

All renters must know this is a NON-SMOKING property including e-cigarettes and vapes. Meaning no smoking of any kind inside or outside under the carport or anywhere on the property grounds. Fees will apply if rules are broken.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received within 60 days of the check-in date will forfeit the full payment. For cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in, a processing fee may apply.

Parking: There is space for 4 vehicles. Golf carts count as a vehicle.
