All renters must know this is a NON-SMOKING property including e-cigarettes and vapes. Meaning no smoking of any kind inside or outside under the carport or anywhere on the property grounds. Fees will apply if rules are broken.

We enjoyed the house very much. It was spacious and fit our families very well. Safe community environment. There are two nice swim pools on the premises although they are not big they do the job walking distance to the beach is doable but we parked our car in the public lot because of our chairs and cooler needs. (get them there early Ty reserve a spot)
